Living Zen:  Fearlessness
Our public lecture series will conclude with its fourth installment, Action, on April 1, 7:30-9pm at the Wilda Marston Theater at the Loussac Library. There is a suggested donation of $5.  All are welcome.

Video clips from the rest of the series, along with some new dharma talks, can be found on our Teish page (under Resources).

Alaskans are busy during the summer, but we hope you’ll save the date to attend an AZC community retreat at a reserved group site at Trail River Campground near Seward, starting Friday June 18-Sunday June 20. This will be an informal, family-friendly gathering to enjoy each others’ company, explore Kenai Lake, hike, and recreate. A small fee will be collected to help pay for the campsite. More info to come.

This spring’s Dharma Study Group will be an exploration of Dogen’s “Genjo Koan,” considered by many to be his most central text. Koun covered this text at the first study group in fall 2006; now he’d like another crack at it. We will meet on Thursdays and a couple Tuesdays in late March and April. Dates to be announced soon.

Our next dharma school session will be Saturday March 20 at 10AM-12PM at Uto-an. If you or anyone you know has children ages 3-7 who might be interested in attending, please contact Tim Jester at tjester@acsalaska.net, or call 277-1552.
